At All-Star Chem-Dry, we respond immediately to help you save your furniture and flooring — as well as your sanity. We do not charge ridiculous fees just because you are in an emergency — we only charge the everyday amount that your insurance would pay if you had to file a claim.
Don’t allow unscrupulous companies in your home to start ripping everything out unless you are sure that it is necessary. Quick Dry-Out Process
After daily checks on the progress of drying, you should be able to see a clear path to a dry, safe environment as the moisture in the walls and floors steadily goes down. Ask your technician any questions so that you are informed on how the equipment works best and how to manage the process. Often it is best to close off the areas being dried and not use them but sometimes it is just not practical. We can advise you on how you can minize the disruption to your family.
When all is done and put to rights, we make sure that the surfaces are dry and restored to “good as new” condition. We follow through with your insurance company, if you need to file a claim, to make sure that you are compensated for your water loss.
